- Cumin – 2 tsp
- Broth – 220 ml

- Sour cream – 230 ml
- Potatoes – 850 g
- Flour – 420 g
- Chicken egg – 3 pieces

Steps to prepare the Moravian Sparrow recipe
The recipe for this meal is simple, just follow the steps:
Step 1
Wash the big onions and slice them into small pieces. Also, grind the garlic into little pieces. Put them into the bowl where you want to bake the beef.
Step 2
Chop the beef into small pieces of around 4×4 cm. Kindly wash the meat thoroughly before cutting through. After slicing the meat, put inside the onions and garlic already in the bowl. Sprinkle crushed cumin, pepper, salt, and other seasonings.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake the beef for about 22 to 25 minutes. Make sure the beef becomes soft and doesn’t get burnt.

After about 25 minutes, turn down the temperature to about 170 degrees, close the form and wrap foul for 55 minutes until the meat is properly done.
